Text Messaging & Consent
By providing your mobile number on your rental agreement or inquiry form and consenting to contact, you agree to receive text messages from Contrast Cine related to your rental—such as confirmations, scheduling updates, and urgent order information. No promotional marketing messages will ever be sent via text message.

Opt‑Out Rights
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any of our messages. After opting out, you will receive no further texts. You may still reach us via email or phone, or opt back in by expressing so in writing.

Data Use & Sharing
We securely store your mobile number along with your rental account information. Your data may be shared with our SMS provider only for purposes of delivering specific order related messages, and will not be used for unrelated marketing nor sold to third parties.

Data Retention
We retain your personal data and contact information only as long as needed for rental-related communications and contract compliance, unless a longer legal retention period is required. If you wish to close your account or have your data deleted, please contact us.
